India, Nov 04: Leadrat, an AI-powered real estate CRM, has officially launched operations in Abu Dhabi, marking a significant step in its Middle East expansion strategy. The company began operating in Dubai in February 2024 and is now strengthening its presence across the UAE, with plans to expand into Oman and Saudi Arabia.
Leadrat had already onboarded around 15 clients in Abu Dhabi through virtual operations before establishing its on-ground presence in the emirate, signalling early demand for its real estate-focused technology solutions.
The expansion comes amid the growth of Abu Dhabi’s real estate sector and increasing demand for technology solutions tailored to the industry's specific requirements. While generic customer relationship management platforms are widely available, Leadrat sees an opportunity to address the distinct workflows and operational needs of real estate businesses through a specialised platform.
Building on its experience in Dubai, where the company reports capturing more than 20% of the market, Leadrat is leveraging its existing product capabilities, infrastructure and understanding of the UAE real estate ecosystem to accelerate its expansion into Abu Dhabi.
The company currently has two team members on the ground in Abu Dhabi, leading sales operations. They are supported by its India-based team, which manages customer support, implementation and after-sales assistance.
Over its time in the UAE market, Leadrat has adapted its platform to local real estate terminology, workflows and business requirements. These enhancements include integrations and features developed in response to the needs of UAE real estate companies, informed by customer feedback and the company's experience in Dubai.
Commenting on the expansion, Himanshu Kumar, Founder and CEO of Leadrat, said,
“Leadrat should not just be the number one CRM in India; our next goal is to become the leading real estate CRM across the Gulf as well. The Abu Dhabi expansion is an important step towards that vision.”
Following its Abu Dhabi expansion, Leadrat's next focus markets are Oman and Saudi Arabia. Over the next two to three years, the company aims to establish itself as a strong and trusted real estate technology platform across the Gulf region, building on its experience in India and the UAE.
