Raffles Jaipur Brings Back Its Signature Culinary Series at Arkaa

They are discovered, interpreted and brought to life in new ways. The Masters, the hotel’s signature culinary series, returns with a new chapter, bringing together two celebrated chefs for an intimate exploration of India’s rich gastronomic heritage.

Joining the table is Michelin-recognised Chef Manav Tuli, of Leela Hong Kong who comes together with celebrated Chef Jaydeep Patil of Raffles Jaipur, whose journey through three Michelin-starred kitchens has shaped his thoughtful approach to regional ingredients and native flavours.

 

Set within Arkaa, Raffles Jaipur’s signature restaurant inspired by ethnobotany cuisine of North India, the four-hand dinner experience brings together two distinct perspectives on singular plate.

 

Rooted in seasonality, provenance and a deep respect for tradition, the menu journeys through familiar ingredients and regional flavours with contemporary techniques and masterful precision.

 

Across two intimate evenings, The Masters celebrates the artistry of two chefs and the many stories held within India’s culinary traditions and their life journeys.
